Shipping & Delivery
Order Dispatch:
All VALA orders are hand-picked and dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia within 24 hours of placement.
Australian Orders:
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. We offer both express and standard delivery options. Please select your delivery method at the checkout.
Express Shipping: 1 - 4 Days
Standard Shipping: 2 - 7 Days
United States Orders:
We offer both express and standard delivery options. Please select your delivery method at the checkout.
Express Shipping: 3 - 5 Days
Standard Shipping: 7 - 10 Days
International Orders
We offer both express and standard delivery options. Please select your delivery method at the checkout.

Duties & Taxes:
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, VALA cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is offered at the check. This option guarantees customers order replacement in the case of theft, loss or damage.
If you suspect your package has been lost, please contact customercare@valaequestrian.com so we can assist you in getting you VALA products delivered to you ASAP.
Can I change an order that is already placed?
If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order, please email us at customercare@valaequestrian.com with your request marked URGENT in the subject line as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help out. Our warehouse work hard to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel. If your order is not able to be changed, you will then need to follow the exchange process.
How do I care for my Vala Equestrian products?
To keep your VALA clothing in top condition, we recommend washing your garments inside out on cold machine wash. Dry out of direct sunlight.
What payment methods can I use?
We accepted payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX), Afterpay and PayPal. We also accept payment via Shopify pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
